The 7 principles of Leave No Trace are our shared commitment to preserving the trail and this home for the future. This discount applies to those who pledge to practice ALL 7 principles at check-in.

🏠 【室内泊の方 / Staying indoors】

  • ストイックハイカープラン/ Stoic Hiker Plan：¥3,000
    （徒歩割引と合わせての料金になります / This is the price including the walking discount）
  • 極楽リフレッシュプラン / Ultimate Refresh Plan （布団オプション付き/with futon option）： ¥4,000
    「LNT原則は守るけれど、今日はお布団で眠りたい」という方は、リネン洗濯にかかる環境負荷の相殺費（実費）として、＋1,000円でふかふかのお布団をご利用いただけます。
    If you want to sleep in a futon tonight, even though you will adhere to the LNT principle, you can use a fluffy futon for an additional 1,000 yen to offset the environmental impact of linen washing (actual cost).

⛺ 【野営場の方 / Staying in the campsite】

  • ハイカープラン / Hiker Plan：¥ 500
    （徒歩割引と合わせて、通常2,500円から2,000円引き / 2,000 yen off the usual 2,500 yen when combined with the walking discount）
    ※館内のトイレ、シャワー、キッチン、Wi-Fi、充電をフルにご利用いただけます。
    You have full use of the toilets, showers, kitchen, Wi-Fi, and charging facilities within the building.

The 7 LNT Principles of Our House

① 事前の計画と準備 Plan Ahead and Prepare

  • 燃料やゴミを最小限にするための食料を準備し、計画的にトレイルを歩いていること。
  • I have repacked my food to minimize packaging waste and planned my journey to reduce energy/fuel consumption.

② 影響の少ない場所での活動 Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces

  • 室内で： 水資源の保護と洗濯の環境負荷を減らすため、持参した寝袋を使用し、宿のリネン類を使用しないこと。また、お風呂では海を守るため、宿に備え付けの生分解性シャンプー・石鹸を使用すること。
  • Indoor : To conserve water and minimize laundry waste, I will use my own sleeping bag and will not use the guesthouse linens. To protect the ocean, I will only use the provided biodegradable soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
  • 野営場： 指定された砂利スペースにテントを張ること。地盤が硬いため金槌を貸し出します。ペグの固定には花壇の石を絶対に動かさず、専用のアンカーブロックや石を使用すること。
  • Tent Site: I will pitch my tent only in the designated gravel area. To secure my tent, I will use the provided anchor blocks/stones and NEVER move the stones from the flowerbeds.

③ ゴミの適切な処理 Dispose of Waste Properly

  • 本日歩いてきたトレイル上で見つけたゴミを（小さくても）1個以上拾ってきたこと（または明日拾うことを約束すること）。また、館内・庭では宿の分別ルールを徹底すること。
  • I picked up at least one piece of trash left on the trail today (or commit to doing so tomorrow), and I will sort my own waste strictly according to the guesthouse recycling rules.

④ 見たものはそのままに Leave What You Find

  • トレイル沿いの動植物、石、歴史的遺物を傷つけず、持ち帰らず、「そのまま」の自然をリスペクトしていること。
  • I respect the natural environment by leaving rocks, plants, and historical artifacts exactly as I found them along the trail.

⑤ 最小限の焚き火の影響 Minimize Campfire Impacts

  • 地面や周囲の環境へ負荷をかけないため、当宿の滞在中は（庭も含め）一切の焚き火や薪・炭の使用をしないこと。
  • I will not build any campfires (wood or charcoal) on the property during my stay to eliminate any fire impact on the ground and surrounding nature.

⑥ 野生動物の尊重 Respect Wildlife

  • ハイキング中に生ゴミをフィールドに廃棄したり、野生動物に餌を与えたりしないこと。また、地域の生態系を守るため、宿の猫たちは「完全室内飼い」です。猫たちの脱走を防ぐため、玄関や窓の開閉・施錠に細心の注意を払い、協力すること。
  • I will not dispose of food scraps on the trail or feed any wildlife. To protect the local ecosystem and ensure their safety, the guesthouse cats are kept 100% indoors. I will cooperate by carefully opening, closing, and locking doors/windows to prevent the cats from escaping.

⑦ 他のビジターへの配慮 Be Considerate of Other Visitors

  • 消灯時間を守り、室内・共有スペース・テントサイトでは静かに過ごすこと。他の宿泊者や近隣住民の心地よさに配慮すること。
  • I will respect the quiet hours and yield to the privacy and comfort of other guests and local neighbors in all shared spaces.

不便をおかけすることもあるかもしれませんが、これらはすべて「美しい雄勝の海と自然を守りながら、旅を続けるため」の私たちの選択です。皆様がこの素晴らしい循環の一部になっていただけることを、MCTハイカーのホストと3匹の猫たちでお待ちしております！
